The Very Best of 2020 Part 1

Yes, that's a genuine space rock above, m'dears. Made of actual stardust, as are we all. We may not feel that united, but we've endured all this fuckery together: the pandemic will be all but over sometime this year, the con-man president will be kicked to the curb, and we can be TOGETHER again, in real time, at music festivals, at listening parties, at club gigs, and just snuggling up with one another with some space rock soundtracks!

And yes, despite all the chaos, torpor, and general shittiness, 2020 was a very good year... for SPACE ROCK! And in keeping with tradition, January is when I list my TOP TEN ALBUMS of the previous year. Always challenging and contentious (I frequently argue with myself), this list is subject to change, the positions 1-10 are somewhat arbitrary, and aside from these ten there was a TON of great musix. So much in fact I've split the Best Of playlists into two THREE HOUR segments. But first:
